Interesting post. I’d like to add that Value Creators tend to do A LOT MORE THAN EXPECTED. To any company, they are always considered a “high return investment and indispensable assets”. So these people usually end up being super successful.

the thoughts are quite interesting.But without success nobody will know what u r.in order to keep up values success is a necessity.
rather we can say success often comes with values & values also can grow if success comes alongside.(but definition of success also varies from person to person.

Aside from this is the idea, as you pointed out in your post, of just adding value to your business. The problem with traditional business philosophy is that it often assumes the only way to add value is by investing money. But, of course, we all know entrepreneurs can find many other ways of improving value. Rethinking how to use the resources available to you is often the key. Bootstrapping puts you in this state of mind.

This is true that if you do have more money, then you’ll be able to give me. I do remember an article on Tim Ferriss’ blog where he talked about giving money even if you’re not rich enough to donate a LOT. Every little bit helps.

Also, the article wasn’t meant to just give with money, but holding open doors for strangers, helping someone to their car, ect. These are all more ways to give and add value to your life.

For instance, take your company and all employees (even if you don’t have employees, it’s ok, go by yourself) and help out one weekend a month with Habitat for Humanity. This will add value to your life and your business.

Interesting post, but if you have more money (are more successful) then you can give more, so you can provide more value.
