Bootstrapping Blog is a website dedicated to giving you, the readers, simple steps to bootstrap your business. Freelancers, entrepreneurs, business owners, corporations; any form of work you do, we’re writing articles to help you build your business with little-to-no cost.

What is bootstrapping anyways?

Bootstrapping is starting and growing your business with little or no money. Using unconventional methods of advertisement/marketing, doing everything yourself as far as sales, customer service, packaging (if you’re selling a product), and so on. Bootstrappers also oftentimes use Guerrilla Marketing campaigns instead of regular marketing strategies in order to reach their target audience.

I love knowing that theres almost ALWAYS someone here reading the articles I’ve wrote. I do hope that they are helping you in some way or another. Feel free to comment on as many articles as you’d like or contact me and let me know if I’m doing something wrong. I always love hearing feedback. It was feedback that made me redesign the website in the first place, so I do take notice.

Whats in store for 2008?

There is an e-book in the process of being written for all of the subscribers here as well. It’s going to be free to anyone who wants it and it should be complete some time in April. We also just published a downloadable e-book for our 50 Guerrilla Marketing Tactics You Should Be Using article. It’s free for anyone to download.

I’ve also just added the Bootstrapping Community to the mix. It’s still in very beginning stages and has some minor kinks to work out, but it’s ready to go so sign up and communicate with each other and myself
